RELEASE

In consideration of my participation in the TROUT UNLIMITED AND THE HEADWATERS CENTER RIVER CLEANUP, the undersigned, voluntarily consents to participate in the Activities. The undersigned is fully aware of the fact that there are certain dangers and risks inherent in this activity, including, but not limited to, the risk of serious physical injury, death or other harmful consequences that may arise or result directly or indirectly arise from participation in the Activities.

The undersigned hereby assumes all risks that may be associated with such Activities and releases and holds harmless Trout Unlimited, the Headwaters Center, and their respective officials, agents, officers, employees and volunteers of and from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, including death, that I may sustain or to any loss or damage of any of my property that is reasonably foreseeable as a consequence of my participation in the Activities.

This release shall be binding upon the heirs and personal representative of the undersigned.

I further agree that I will abide by the rules and directions given by Trout Unlimited and project partners during the Activities.

I grant to the Colorado River Headwaters Chapter of Trout Unlimited and the Colorado Council of Trout Unlimited the right to take, use, edit, alter or copy photographs taken of me during the Activities for use in Trout Unlimited publications, websites, Trout Unlimited social media postings and other media including newspapers, television and all other media without compensation and in perpetuity.

If any provision or portion of this Agreement is held to be unconstitutional, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I agree to indemnify the released parties for any and all claims released above and I agree to indemnify the released parties for any and all claims whatsoever brought by a third party arising out of my participation in the Activities.

I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, UNDERSTAND THAT I MAY GIVE UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND SIGN IT VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT INDUCEMENTS.
